... Plowable snow is possible today into this evening...

A weak low pressure system crossing the area into this evening
will bring occasional snow. The snow could become heavy at times,
especially later this morning into early afternoon as southwest
winds off Lake Michigan result in lake enhanced snow. Another
period of heavier snow could occur late this afternoon into early
this evening. Winds from late morning through the afternoon may
gust over 25 mph which could result in blowing snow in open areas.
Total snow accumulations in most areas will be 2 to 3 inches, but
isolated higher amounts are possible if heavier snow persists for
a longer period of time. Expect the snow to end by late this evening.

Use caution if traveling today as roads will become snow covered
and visibility could drop to less than a half mile at times in snow
and blowing snow.
