Bath County in east central Kentucky...
Fleming County in east central Kentucky...
Rowan County in east central Kentucky...
northern Elliott County in east central Kentucky...

* until 900 am EDT Saturday

* at 1206 am EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding ongoing in
portions of the warned area due to heavy rains that occurred
Friday afternoon and evening.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mount Sterling, Morehead, Flemingsburg, Owingsville, Marshall,
Jeffersonville, Camargo, Sharpsburg, Salt Lick, Fairview, Pecks
Ridge, levee, Elliottville, Christy, Hilda, Bourbon furnace,
pebble, Bangor, Muses Mills and Wallingford.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
