The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of central Kentucky.

* Through Sunday evening

* 1 to locally 3+ inches of rain is expected to fall from multiple
rounds of thunderstorms early through late Sunday evening.


* Areas that see repeated thunderstorm activity, and locations
that have seen excessive rainfall over the past couple of
weeks will be most at risk, along with urban areas and the
normal flood prone locations.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.

At 346 PM EDT/246 PM CDT/, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 9 miles north of Liberty to 11
miles southeast of Campbellsville. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and dime size hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Stanford, Hustonville, Peytons Store, Knifley, Bass, Milledgeville,
Clementsville, Feathersburg, Forkland and Jacktown.
