At 348 am CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles north of
Hill City, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Hazard... ping pong Ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind

At 155 am MDT/255 am CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 5 miles north of Logan to 4
miles northwest of Monument to 3 miles north of Horace. Movement was
east at 25 mph.

Half inch hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Oakley, Leoti, Hill City, Hoxie, Quinter, Tribune and Grainfield.

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 64 and
113.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 am MDT/1000
