... Dense fog advisory in effect from 10 PM this evening to 10 am
CST Friday...

The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect from 10 PM this evening to 10 am
CST Friday.

* Timing... dense fog is expected to develop later this evening and
persist through early Friday morning.

* Visibilities... as low as one-quarter mile or less are expected.

* Impacts... in the dense fog include sudden reductions in
visibility over short distances which will impact travel,
especially at higher speeds.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down.
Use your headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
