accumulations of 1 to 4 inches and ice accumulations of a
light glaze expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* Where... portions of east central and northeast Kansas and
central, northwest and west central Missouri.
* When... from 6 PM this evening to 3 PM CST Saturday.
* Additional details... overnight temperatures will drop into the
lower teens, which will cause the wet roads to refreeze. Plan
on slippery Road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
