... Blizzard Warning remains in effect from 3 PM Saturday to
midnight CST Saturday night...

* what... light freezing rain is possible tonight with ice
accumulations of less than a tenth of an inch expected. Blizzard
conditions are expected to set in Saturday afternoon and persist
into Saturday night. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches
expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* Where... Marshall and Nemaha counties.

* When... the freezing rain is possible through 9 am CST Saturday.
Blizzard conditions expected from 3 PM Saturday to midnight
Sunday.

* Additional details... icy spots on roads are possible through
Saturday morning. Very dangerous travel conditions due to
blowing snow and very low visibilities are expected by Saturday
afternoon. Travel should be postponed if at all possible.


Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds and poor
visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout conditions,
making travel extremely dangerous. Do not travel. If you must
travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded,
stay with your vehicle.
