Special Statement
Issued: 10:14 PM EST Feb. 19, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Locally dense fog expected overnight...

The presence of shallow moisture... light winds and mainly clear
skies will support developing areas of fog with locally dense fog
across central Indiana overnight and into Monday morning.
Visibilities in some spots may be drastically reduced to one
quarter mile or less. Use caution if traveling late tonight or
early Monday morning.
