* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will fall below the 12.0 foot flood stage
around 7 am Monday January 23.
* At 12.0 feet... the river is at flood stage... significant lowland
and rural flooding begins.

dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 9 am EST /8 am CST/
Monday.

Hazardous weather...

* areas of dense fog are expected to redevelop this evening and
   continue through early Monday morning. Visibilities will be
   reduced to one quarter of a mile or less at times.

Impacts...

* dangerous driving conditions due to reduced visibilities.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
