The Flood Warning continues for
the Illinois River at Beardstown.
* From late Tuesday night until further notice.
* At 845 PM Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by early Wednesday morning and
continue to rise to near 15.0 feet by Saturday morning.
* Impact... at 14.4 feet... seepage problems begin in the Coal Creek
drainage and levee district.

advisory... which is in effect until 11 am CST this morning.

* Timing... expect dense fog until late morning

* visibility... visibilities of one quarter mile or less at times
are expected.

* Impacts... areas of low visibilities and rapid changes in
visibility will cause hazardous driving conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
