... Flood Watch remains in effect through Wednesday afternoon...

The Flood Watch continues for

* portions of north Idaho and Washington, including the
following counties, in north Idaho, Benewah, Kootenai, Latah,
and Shoshone. In Washington, Spokane and Whitman.

* Through Wednesday afternoon

* additional precipitation falling tonight and Wednesday morning
will largely be in the form of drizzle or snow. Temperatures
will cool near freezing slowing down the potential for snow
melt.
