will accumulate on roadways and may reduce visibility, making
travel difficult.

* Snow accumulations... 2 to 4 inches north of Willow Creek Summit.
4 to 6 inches south of Willow Creek Summit.

* Confidence... low to moderate confidence particularly with snow
amounts for northern areas. Moderate to high confidence for
southern areas. Low confidence on timing.

* Locations... Arco, Challis, Willow Creek Summit and MacKay.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of moderate
to heavy snow along with blowing snow will cause travel

an ice jam in...
northern Custer County in central Idaho...

* until 1000 am MST Monday

* blm personnel advise of an ice jam on the Salmon river causing the
closure of the Challis bridge recreation site until water recedes.

* Local law enforcement has closed this area and wishes to remind
residents to avoid any flooded areas.
