Winter Weather Advisory

... Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 11 am PST Wednesday...

The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow... which is in effect until 11 am PST
Wednesday.

* Snow accumulations... 3 to 6 inches above 2500 feet. Rain
switching to snow below 2500 feet with 1 to 3 inches possible.

* Locations... Kamiah, Craigmont, Nezperce, Winchester, and
soldiers Meadow Road.

* Timing... snow is currently falling above 3000 feet and will fall
to the valley floors tonight.

* Impacts... wet roads will quickly become snow covered and very
slick. Motorists should be prepared for winter driving
conditions across the Camas Prairie including us95.

* Snow level... 2500 feet lowering to valley floors.

* Temperatures... in the 30s falling into the upper 20s.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
