... Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 10 am PST Wednesday...

* impacts/timing: cooling temperatures with periods of light to
moderate snow will lead to slippery roads tonight. Roadways will
likely alternate between snowpacked, icy and wet due to
temperatures near freezing. There is the potential for a period
of heavy snow near daybreak in the Fenn to Grangeville to
Harpster and Elk City areas.

* Snow accumulations: 2 to 6 inches Grangeville and vicinity, Elk
City and Pierce. 1 to 3 inches elsewhere.

* Locations impacted include: Elk River, Highway 11 Pierce to
Headquarters, Pierce, Dixie, Elk City, Highway 12 Lowell to
Lolo Pass, Camas Prairie, Grangeville and vicinity, Greer
grade, Highway 95 Slate Creek to Riggins, and White Bird grade
