Special Statement
Issued: 4:23 AM CST Feb. 19, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Areas of dense fog early this morning...

Calm winds under clear skies have allowed patchy to areas of fog
to form early this morning. Some of this fog will be dense and
reduce visibilities down to a quarter mile in some locations
through 8 am CST. However, the winds will begin to increase after
8 am with visibilities gradually increasing. Those traveling
early this morning can expect limited visibilities through sunrise
in some locations, especially across portions of Benton and
Buchanan counties. Slow down and allow extra time to reach your
destination.
