... Patchy dense fog early this morning...

Patchy dense fog will continue to develop during the early morning
as the rain moves out of the area. Reduced visibilities are
favored along and north of a line from Iowa City to Sterling. Expect
rapid changes in visibility over short distances, with visibilities
below a quarter mile at times. Visibilities may improve before
daybreak as drier air moves in from the west.
