... Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until midnight EDT
Saturday night...

* tidal anomaly... around 1.75 feet above normal.

* Timing... several hours around high tide through Saturday
evening. Minor coastal flooding will persist into Sunday.

* Expected impacts... minor inundation of low lying shoreline
near southwest Waterfront... Georgetown... and Roosevelt Island
in the District of Columbia. In Old Town Alexandria... water
will reach the intersection of King Street and Union street
within a couple hours of high tide.
