The National Weather Service in Eureka has issued a
* Flood Advisory for
the Russian River near Hopland.
* From this evening to Thursday afternoon.
* At 9:00 am Wednesday the stage was 8.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to near 15.0 feet by Wednesday evening... then
crest near 20.9 feet tomorrow morning. The river is forecast to recede below 15.0
feet Thursday afternoon.
* Impacts... at 21.0 feet... minor flooding of cropland begins along the
right bank near Hopland. Highway 175 near the Russian River likely
closed due to flooding.

the Navarro river at Navarro.
* From late tonight through Thursday morning.
* At 8:15 am Wednesday the stage was 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Forecast... flood stage may be reached by early tomorrow morning.
* This river is forecast to rise above flood stage of 23.0 ft early Thursday
morning... then forecast to crest near 27.0 ft slightly later in the morning.
The river is then forecast to fall below flood stage of 23.0 ft near noon Thursday.

The National Weather Service in San Francisco has cancelled the
Small Craft Advisory.

* Winds: southerly winds increasing to 25 to 35 kt. Gusts to 50
kt in the evening.

* Waves: combined seas 10 to 14 ft.
