... Small Craft Advisory remains in effect from 9 am Tuesday to
9 am PST Thursday...

* winds... south wind increasing to 15 kt with gusts to 25 kt by
Tuesday morning. Winds will continue to increase to 20 to 30 kt
Tuesday night. Strongest winds near Cape Mendocino and Point
Saint George. Winds will diminish Wednesday night.

* Waves/seas... seas building to 11 to 14 feet around 14 seconds
Tuesday evening... then continuing through Wednesday night. Seas
will build to 25 feet or higher around 18 seconds on Friday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners... especially those operating smaller
