* Wind chill values... 40 below to 55 below.

* Timing... winds will increase today. This will combine with
cold temperatures to produce very low wind chill values.
Temperatures will slowly warm overnight with wind chill values
climbing above 40 below Monday morning.

* Impacts... increased risk of hypothermia and frostbite.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
