... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from midnight tonight to
11 am akst Monday along the Alaska Range...

* location... along the Alaska Range.

* Wind... north 15 to 30 mph with gusts as high as 50 mph.

* Wind chill values... 35 to 55 below zero.

* Timing... wind chills will quickly drop tonight as cold air moves
in and winds increase. There may be some moderation of wind
chill values during afternoon hours Saturday and Sunday, but low
values will persist through Monday morning.

* Impacts... increased risk of hypothermia and frostbite.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frostbite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
