... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 9 am akst

* snow... 4 to 7 inches, heaviest north of Fairbanks.

* Timing... snow will continue this morning. Snowfall will
decrease in intensity this afternoon, but will pick up again
overnight. Snowfall will taper off Friday morning.

* Impacts... visibility may be greatly reduced. Travel and
outdoor activities will be difficult.
