late this morning to 30 to 40 knots with gusts up to 55 knots.
Strongest gusts in the outer waters south of Cascade Head.
Southwest gales will follow this evening and continue through
Thursday.

* Seas... 12 to 15 feet this morning. Seas then rise to 20 to 25
feet tonight and peak at 30 to 33 feet Thursday morning.
