West winds 30 to 40 knots becoming northwest 25 to 30 knots in the afternoon. Gusts to 45 knots in the afternoon. Seas 11 to 15 feet with occasional seas up to 19 feet subsiding to 10 to 13 feet with occasional seas up to 17 feet in the afternoon.
