Northeast Gulf Gulf - Port au Port. Wind southwest 15 to 20 knots backing to south 10 to 15 this morning then becoming light this afternoon. Wind becoming south 15 Wednesday evening. Fog patches forming near midnight.

Southwest coast. Wind southeast 10 to 15 knots backing to east 15 early this morning except northeast 25 over eastern sections today. Wind becoming north 15 after midnight then diminishing to light Wednesday morning. Showers over eastern sections today and tonight.

South Coast. Wind east 10 to 15 knots increasing to east 15 to 20 this morning and to east 25 this afternoon. Wind diminishing to variable 10 to 15 after midnight then becoming west 15 Wednesday afternoon. Showers beginning near noon and ending Wednesday morning. Fog banks forming this evening and dissipating Wednesday afternoon.

East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south. Wind southeast 10 to 15 knots backing to east 15 to 20 this afternoon then increasing to east 25 this evening. Wind diminishing to south 15 overnight. Northeast coast. Wind southwest 15 knots and locally gusts to 30 from jackson's arm to hare Bay early this morning. Wind becoming variable 10 to 15 near noon then becoming southeast 15 this evening. Wind becoming variable 10 to 15 overnight then becoming light Wednesday afternoon. A few showers beginning Wednesday morning and ending Wednesday afternoon. Fog patches forming overnight.
