* Winds... southwest 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt... shifting
to westerly 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt by mid day
Saturday.

* Seas... 4 to 7 feet.

* Timing... winds and seas will remain elevated through tomorrow
morning. Winds may diminish behind a cold front Saturday... but
seas are expected to remain elevated through much of the day.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners... especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
