Volusia-Brevard County line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm...

* until 300 PM EDT.

* At 1202 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Edgewater to near Mims to 18 nm west of Canaveral
Groves, moving east at 5 to 10 knots. Additional storms will
develop over the Mainland and push off of the Volusia and Brevard
coasts this afternoon.

Hazard... wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

Source... radar.

Impact... expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots... suddenly higher
           waves... lightning and heavy downpours. Make sure all on
           board are wearing life jackets. Return to safe Harbor if
           possible.

* Locations impacted include...
port Saint John, Turtle Mound, Bethune Beach, LaGrange and Mims.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Move to safe Harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe Harbor
immediately. Small hail may be produced by some stronger storms this
afternoon.
