also saw a herd of Big Horns in the Wind River Canyon south of Meteetsee in fall of 2011; that canyon connects with the Big Horns to the northeast and the Owl Creeks to the west. I was surprised to see them in that canyon along the railroad!

minou, the herd of sheep in Wind river Canyon have been there for years. There is evidently an albino ram there, I saw a photo of it on facebook the other day.
The sheep in Shell Canyon are much harder to see and this is the first time in 11 years I have seen them.
