Ballachulish, United Kingdom

Caption: Red sky in the morning... shepherds warning. This Scottish mountain's name is Buachaille Etive Mor, which is Gaelic for the large Shepherd of Etive. There was a glorious sunrise this morning but the following morning this stream was transformed into a raging white water torrent after a NW front moved in with heavy rain showers.

I hesitate to disagree with the previous poster, but I like the B&W better.

Not bad in B/W either, but I still
like the color version more.

Thanks for sharing.

Originally from Scotland, my wife and I are Christian missionaries in Mongolia, which we have enjoyed for the last 10 years. I teach at a Bible College in Ulanbaatar. Mongolians are very friendly people and a real joy to work with. We have three children and love exploring the Mongolian countryside. We love the great outdoors, fly fishing, camping, hiking and photography. Hope you enjoy our pictures, we certainly enjoy looking at everyone else's. Erik Create your own visitor map!
