Augusta, MO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Ice cracks off from larger ice masses and each time a unique and new shape appears. The sound reverberates. The almost heart shape of this piece made me think of love and it's constant evolutions and reverberations. Happy Almost Valentine!

Yup. My first thought was a valentine :-) I've heard these called ice pancakes but I like to call them ice donuts :-) Although they look different than what I see. These look like they picked up the rim by hitting snow or slush? Is it flowing water?

It can't get much better than being outdoors and WU proves it with each photo expressing the individual vision of the experience. I apologize for not commenting more. I appreciate those who do. Right now, I am more inclined to not spend so much time on the computer and more time with my camera! Thank you to all who view my photos and to the Approvers for recognizing some of them. You all are too kind.
