Grand Central Terminal, in NYC turned 100 years old yesterday. The Met Life Building in the background was originally named the Pan Am Building. I can't post photos of the inside of the terminal but it is absolutely beautiful.

My husband worked on the Pan Am building in 1961, when he was in the elevator union. He said that when Pan Am went out of business that MetLife bought it. Love the contrast with the younger Pan Am in the background and the older Grand Central Terminal in the foreground. Happy Birthday GCT! Most of us do not reach 100 years!
What was the location of the Pan Am building in this photo?
Thank you.
