Porcelain vine is available in some nurseries, though it can be hard to control. The Latin name is Ampelopsis brevipedunculata, and the variegated leaf type is the same but elegans added. I'm not sure how far north it will grow, but I'll check.

PS Supposedly hardy to zone 4. Good luck, Sharon! Google it and I'm sure you'll find one for sale, or maybe someone will give you some seeds.

True the leaves are not the same - just happen
to remember this photo I took at the Yancey
House Restaurant which is closed now - was my
favorite celebration place.

Thanks very much, Betsy!

Thanks for putting your photo up, Kathy. Wow, such deep colors! The leaves are pretty as well!

Shirley, I`m not an expert, but those don`t look like what I have here..pretty just the same!

Thank you very much, Kathy and Shirley for commenting!
Seems it`s abit early for them to be out here; as there were not many `ripe` on these massive bushes.

This is beautiful! I am always amazed to
see multi-colors on one plant. Thank you
for sharing. Don't know if I have ever seen
these. I will have to keep an eye out for them.

Lovely porcelain vine, Dianne! I photographed a beautiful one last year, had variegated leaves as well, but haven't seen any berries on it so far this year. Need to take another look.
