San Diego, CA (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: An extremely rare sight on a San Diego beach. This tumbleweed was tumbling pushed by 40 mph winds mainly from North East. That means offshore winds so strong to push it from a canyon to the beach. What is so unusual? This is May, and the wind is always from the west, with normally foggy or overcast. 90 degrees with eastern winds in May? Something is wrong with the weather this year..
