You'd like the neighborhood, Kat. It is on the back side of a cliff overlooking the ocean; the houses across the street have the view. But then again, 50 years from now, the others will have washed away and this house will have the view!

I think this house is just fine, and I'd take it
just to have those two gorgeous trees out front!
The widow's walk is interesting..never seen one on
a smaller house. The smartest person I ever knew
in real estate told me you always want the smallest
house in the best neighborhood. Very
