Clever Girl to use a flashlight for extra
dazzle! I love all four shots! I think of shots
like this when I go out in the snow and try to see
this detail with just my eyes. Doesn't work, plus
I get snow in my eyes. Much better to look at
your beautiful pictures. Congratulations, Katy!

Oh Katy put them on glass next time with the glow of christmas lights underneath!
Do it pleeeeeese

Or maybe let a cake pan with an inch or 1/2 inch of water freeze and then drizzle those flakes on top and then set it on top of some lights. Ohhhh I wish I could experiment with snowflakes! lol Maybe put food coloring into the water before it freezes.

Put the tray of ice with a mound of flakes on a table and shoot across them with the christmas lights behind.
I could probably think of more......... lol like a flake on black velvet.

Thanks Jim, and Gil. Not easy to focus, each snowflake is a tiny bit different distance from the camera.
