What a handsome Daddy !
Looks like the Fish hasn't been around the Mule deer much, because their love session just came to an end a couple months ago and now they are one of the crowd, just like the fawns and does.
Keep up the good work and its great seeing your photos from the NM area.
FYI, to both of you. I chose not to delete these comments, because they do not bother me at all. I think it's kinda funny! Also I have never deleted any comments and I always like others to see what others have commented. That way everybody that reads them, which seems to be plenty of them, can really get a truer idea of who is who and better idea of the each commenter's personality! Every reader is free to judge for themselves.
I do occasionally just ignore some comments such as these ones you refer to.
I have been around wildlife all my life, and I respect it very much. I will refer to each animal any way I choose to tho, but always with respect to the Wildlife. Thank you both for your concerns.
I think I know all that Needs be Known about Wildlife, And my Sidekick knows the Rest!
he does, indeed, look proud!
MINDI! You go, Girl! I love your fire!:-)
fishinglegend...name calling is one of the lowest
forms of communication. I hope you live long
enough to become even half as good a man as Gil,
the man you insulted. Good luck with that.
Gee, I feel honored to have such great friends that want to come out and defend me. How can I be so Lucky?! I refuse to be easily insulted, and more so now!
Sure glad to find out I have many Great friends. I will never forget you.
Thank you all.
I wonder if other animals ever project themselves onto us, a kind of reverse anthropomorphization? It seems like that's the basic root of empathy to me, even as I suspect it goes awry sometimes, and we can and do mis-read other's emotions and intentions.
Always great to hear from such well educated people such as you commenting on my photos, or adding to comments etc.
Polymorph, I appreciate your interesting Comment. Rather thought provoking. Thank you very much.
Lori, my great friend, rather surprised to see you jump into the commotion! Good to see you here tho. I really appreciate your great comment. I always love to hear your great knowledgeable thoughts. Thank you very much.
My keyboard was burning, 'though it could've been my laptop's batteries, still not sure...
Nice shot, G!
Anyway... my comment?
"Bummer of a birthmark, Hal."
Your comment came in here withoug any burn smell, so guess you did not have a fire on the laptop.
Nice shot Gil! I like it very much!
And here I thought I'd be funny... :D
Now that you show the pic, it's easy to understand. Came in last night without the picture.
That would be one heck of a Birthmark to have. Think I'd want to cover up some.
Thank you very much for the Funny pic.
