Wow! and I almost didn't upload this one!
It's just about 4 properties to the East of me. minnesotamom, No Realtor, just send the money to me! We're also headed to the frigid temps here starting Friday, with strong wind advisories. High temps next few days only on the low 20's. Not good. Still 7 inches of old snow on the ground from Xmas & New Year's snows. So you're not getting any Warm Hugs from me at this time!

ChrisAnthemum LOL, good question on the fire on the furnace. That snow on that roof looks like the snow on the west side of our metal roof on our Double Wide Home. Not melting much. Last 3 days it finally got up a bit above melting point, but not for a long period each day.

Katy, Yep! If you have thought I was a shady character, you'll also notice I fly my Drones under the shade of the Radar!

Hmm, How come I got all the Kathy's picking on me on this one? Lord have Mercy on Me!

And it's fully air-conditioned! What realtor do I contact to make an offer, Gil?

Thank you very much Duane and Heidrun for your nice comments.

Duane, I don't rank high enough to have Air Force 1 do my air surveillance. Guess some people do!

I will have to accept this inspection of the roof, but usually I have Air Force One do mine. The link below is the inspection over my house April 2011

Thank you much Duane & Dianne for your nice comments.

Duane, that Bird is doing Air Surveillance. If you should happen to recognize his company name, you could possible get a "Birds Eye View" from Front to Back.

I'd have to see the deck before I put in an offer.
