Excellent work in HDR. I particularly like the use of B&W on this old house. Thanks so much for sharing.

Congratulations on the AC!

Could you please tell us about your technique? At a guess, I'd say b&w HDR. In any case, you have made brilliant and exemplary use of your methodology, and it ought to be more widely applied.

Makes me wonder what made them leave. It was a beautiful house at one time. I would love to fix it up and live there. Excellent picture. Will be one of my favorites!!

Excellent, Todd! Looks like this place has weathered much, and built on that character. Kudos to you, and congratulations on the AC recognition!

A PERFECT HAUNTING B/W. I THINK ALFRED HITCHCOCK STILL LIVES HERE!! WOULD MAKE A PERFECT MATCH WITH 'FUNHAWG's' BARN. I STILL LIKE TO BELIEVE THERE'S A SECTION IN HEAVEN FOR ALL THESE 'SENIORS'. U DESERVE MUCH MORE THAN A '10' & HATS OFF 2 YOUR 'AC'. KEEP SENDING...WE LOVE THESE 'SENIORS'. LOVE & MISCHIEF.

Beautiful! Looks like a metal roof on it so maybe it is fixable still? I too love old houses and fixed one up once upon a time in similar condition and had it placed on the National Register hoping that it would be kept up after my time, but that is no guarantee either.....

Looks like it could be beautiful again if someone gave it some tender loving care. It's amazing how these old houses seem to stand better than the ones built in later years and today. Beautiful shot and perfect in B&W. Gives it an antique quality.

I have lived in a house this old. The rent was cheap. I painted and fixed and worked my tail off, just to stay ahead of it falling down. After I moved away-- a few more peole rented it and it did. Real mother earth news time of my life. I have such a soft spot in my heart for these old places.
