Absolutely incredible! How old is the building? the expertise required to plan and build it is mindboggling.

Now, a little bit of history. First wooden building was erected in 1877-1878. Since then, it has changed by its different owners. It was built in the Neo-Gothic style between 1911-1912 by the Russian architect Leonid Sherwood, on top of 40-meter (130 ft) high Aurora Cliff. The dimensions of the building are only 20 m (66 ft) long by 10 m (33 ft) wide and 12 m height (40 ft). Survived an earthquake in 1927. It's an architectural symbol of Crimea's southern coastline. The photo was made from the boat.
