Mad River flood

Caption: I parked at the parking lot at Mad River Beach at 8am. Two hours later it was flooded and I drove out in 2 ft of water with swimming voles and gophers. The river kept rising and flooding private land.

Nice series on the weather in Arcata, CA on Sunday. Unfortunately, I bet most of those vehicles caught in the rain are now flood-damaged.
