Opps!! I should have re-stated that remark. Maybe like out of our lens range. FYI, there is talk of putting a shooting range in the park. Not exactly a good thing in a wildlife refuge, hiking, boating, fishing, kids on bikes, swimming etc.

Watch how you say Shooting Range girlfriend!!! that's the LAST thing we need out at the park!! I know what you meant though..hard to get good flight pix with the atmospheric 'clutter' that we have around here.....if you get my 'drift'??? lol! Can't wait for it to warm up some! The ice on the pond will start to melt,,,again...hope it stays that way, until next winter that is! Too bad about those Whooping Cranes down in Lusianna! Idiots!!!!

About Nikongranny

Old, retired with lots of time on my hands and a Nikon. Lucky for me, there is a park just north of town that provides me with migrating birds and sunsets. Since joining this site, I have a new appreciation for this scenic world we live in. I especially love the comments from so many great people on here.
