Thanks for the notice, and comments, Shirley. Each cottage is built on the allotted 14 X 24 base, with two rooms down, and two bedrooms up. The upper porch is called a pulpit balcony, and the lower porch is an outdoor living room where neighbors would visit on a very casual basis.
