Caption: Time: 02:24 CET. In this storm in Central Poland wind speed is on average 50 km/h (31 mph) and gusts up to 90 km/h (56 mph). On the coast and in the mountains average wind speed is 65 km/h (40 mph) and gusts up to 135 km/h (84 mph). This storm caused a lot of damage, lot of broken trees, damaged cars, destroyed power lines and the worst.. three deaths (car smashed by a falling tree) and over 20 injured only in Poland.

Update to the caption:
After three days storm Xaver caused in Poland five deaths, 53 injured, over 500 thousand homesteads without electricity and a lot of car accidents due to very difficult road conditions.
I don't know too much about situation in other european countries.
