About GVIslander

GVIslander

Hello, I'm Scott residing in Hampton,VA on a great little Chesapeake Bay front island called Grandview. I've had a bug for photography, sailing, surfing, beaches, travel and the great outdoors in general for many a year now. Don't want to say exactly how long so as to not age myself. Ha! The dog in my photo is my recently (winter 2013) departed Blondie - The Best Dog In The World. Sorry to all other dog lovers, but she was the best for some 16+ years. Case closed, no debate! Anyway, love to get out w/ my camera and capture some of the beauty this world & life has to offer. I can't wait till retirement so that I can get out there & take pictures on my schedule - not there yet, but I plan to keep sharing as long as I am able. Thanks to this community of superb photographers who are so talented & willing to share their talents w/ all of us. Keep up the good work!
