Chief Hosa, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Through the magic of my zoom, not by foot, we are at the top of the Continental Divide, at least part of it. You can see that they still have a lot of snow up there, which is extremely good for our reservoirs. The hope is that it will ot all melt at once, which is not good for our lower lying places, which had horrible floods last year, but those were caused by heavy rain and not snowmelt. Even the not-so-low places, like Evergreen, were hurt by flooding, and the damage is still visible.
