Dillon Reservoir, CO

Caption: The West end of Dillon Reservoir. Everywhere you see the tan colored earth should be under water! Hopefully, there is enough snow pack this year to fill it back up and make it beautiful again. I hope ALL the state's reservoir fill this year. Water is SO precious!

They are actually going to get more snow up there
over the next couple days. More to melt later!

Wilma is right - it is a somber image-lets just hope the melt will start soon and additional rain will help to fill the reservoir!

Thanks, Elizabeth, Eileen and Wilma! Wilma, hopefully
the snow in the mountains will be enough to fill
it when it melts, but we wouldn't say no to some
nice rain, as well.
