Probably on the right track, Gene, but not only the color is different, but look at the saddlebags this guy has on his rear legs. Never seen THAT before, LOL! Thanks for taking a look!

Definitely looks like some kinda beefly, but never saw one in that color scheme before.

Eg, lookit http://www.cirrusimage.com/flies_bee_Villa_sp.htm . Those're the ones I'm used to seeing.
