You've posted some beautiful photos here and I'm sorry I've missed checking in to see them recently. I too spent a lot of my childhood on the banks of rivers looking for everything- wildlife and rocks and shells and anything else that had washed up.

LOL Charlotte! I spent a lot of time wading in creeks like this when I was a kid too. But I was usually looking for minnows, frogs, and other wildlife. Thanks for commenting!
