There aren't many things blooming this time of year, but one exception is the winter honeysuckle, Lonicera fragrantissima. It isn't much to look at, but as the name suggests, the fragrance is otherworldly!

Sweet composition. Colors bring a primary thrust of the blossom to the front, while secondary colors enhance us to meld all for a soft sighting and focus. LIKE

Thank you, Jim! These flowers are small and not showy, plus most are damaged by the cold, so it's a bit of a challenge to present them in such a way that they're worth looking at.
