This faucet handle has been nailed to the wall of this shack, with no evidence that there has ever been a water line to the building. Just another of the incongruities. Note the faux brick tar paper finish of the wall.

Interesting...deer camp/blind? potting shed? child's elaborate playhouse? moonshine cabin?

Thanks for commenting, Chief! Yes, I do know who owns the land, but the only times I ever see him, he's hard at work (a farmer) and has no time for chitchat, so I've never asked. I suppose it was a hunting cabin at one time, my guess at least. Still don't know how the rusty faucet handle wound up there.
